As a new customer who received a referral card which states in bold letters “FREE MVP haircut and service” for new customers, why would I be charged $20?! This is ridiculous. And when stated to the stylest that I was new and the card was given to me she explained,”oh no, I just pass them out as business cards!” Well next time please be more specific and make sure to cross out free. There went her tip.
