I asked for a short and high zero fade. What I got was not a zero and barely a fade. Despite the stylist Corrie claiming that it was a zero. It was not. No attention to detail, zero understanding for my frustration and of course then I still had to pay $21.00 for a haircut that I was pretty upset about. Then I try to file a complaint on their website which requires me to provide a store number which I can’t find anywhere on the receipt in the requested form. I started coming to sports clips because it catered more to men but this was perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. I don’t even want my money back I just want them to start consistently hiring people that actually give a darn and know how to cut hair. If I’m only going to get poor results I might as well go to Great Clips. The haircut I got here is pretty standard for them and at least I can save a few bucks. Also, the one star I’m giving is only because zero is not a option.

10 min haircut is not it. My hair came out uneven in every way possible way. Didn’t even do what I asked them to do. Worst my hair has ever looked. Don’t go to C.

Always a long wait here. Last time I waited 45 minutes. When it was my turn i was told that someone got bumped in line and I had to wait 15-25 more minutes for the next stylist. I left, drive to the sports clips by Sam's Club and was helped within 5 minutes. This location is horrible. Please get a decent manager.
